Before C-me

The University of Sussex was entering a significant period of change to their development offering, encompassing strategic shifts, and cultural transformation. To ensure a smooth transition, they recognised the need to support their colleagues through these changes. Additionally, the university aimed to create opportunities for their people to engage in self-reflection and personal development.

Results after working with C-me

The university invested in C-me to facilitate effective and considerate communication among colleagues, especially during challenging times. C-me supports individuals in developing insights into themselves and others, introducing a common language that helps depersonalise difficult conversations, particularly around change and conflict. The tool also highlights the importance of diversity in teams and promotes the acknowledgment of the unique strengths each person brings.

C-me is a really important tool within our Organisational Development offer. It's a reasonably new offer but the feedback so far has been really positive in terms of insight, awareness and future considerations and colleagues are eager to do more work in this area.
