About The Trussell Trust

We’re an anti-poverty charity and community of food banks providing practical support to people who can’t afford the essentials, and campaigning for a future where none of us need to use emergency food to get by.

Before C-me

The Trussell Trust sought to enhance their team development program, with a particular focus on managing team dynamics. They recognised the need for more effective methods to improve team communication and collaboration. Additionally, they aimed to provide all their employees with greater self-awareness and insight into their preferred working styles.

Results after working with C-me

C-me onboarded The Trussell Trust to their platform, allowing employees to share their profiles and build mutual understanding. Additionally, some team members became C-me accredited to run internal training and workshops. C-me has positively impacted the organisation, with several teams using it to enhance connection and collaboration.
