A word from Navro

Prior to C-me I think many people just communicated with others the way THEY preferred. They did not recognise that there were other ways to communicate for different people which often gets you a better outcome. By demonstrating this with real life scenarios and practical activities the penny dropped for a lot of people.By giving our teams the tools to better flex when working with others and recognising that we are all different provides a great working culture of empathy and inclusion.

Solutions

By allowing all employees to gain access to their C-me profile and introducing the language of behavioural profiling into the company great success was achieved.

  • C-me onboarded Navro to the C-me platform.
  • C-me has supplied the tools that Navro employees needed to communicate, collaborate and lead. Team members now gain a better understanding of themselves and the way they work with others around them, improving relationships.
  • C-me is used in leadership training and also development modules around wellbeing, conflict management, presenting with impact, influencing others, and, giving and receiving feedback.
