Before C-me

Colas Rail had prior experience with psychometric tools but sought something more behavior-focused and with easily accessible reports. They aimed to offer a programme facilitating reflection on personal leadership and fostering leadership development. This revealed the necessity of enhancing employees' understanding of how their actions and preferences affect their colleagues. Following a few instances of conflict, they recognised the importance of creating a structured approach to conflict for swift resolution.

Results after working with C-me

Colas Rail embraced the C-me platform to digitalise and streamline behavior profiling reports, making them easily accessible. Additionally, employees within Colas Rail became C-me accredited, equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and workshop materials to enhance internal training programmes. Colas Rail have reported that leaders have significantly increased their self-awareness, enabling them to reflect on their leadership styles and better manage their teams. They now recognise the importance of adapting their behaviors and considering the preferences of their team members. Employees are actively engaging with the platform to gain better self-understanding and, ultimately, improve their effectiveness in working with their teams.
