Become accredited with C-me

Build internal capability and resources that gives your organisation a shared behavioural language so:

 Employees Self-awareness increases

✔  Teams Communicate better

✔  Organisations Performance improves

  •
  • Most team friction is not about skill. It is people seeing the same situation differently without a shared language to explain it.

C-me gives people that language so they stop guessing, stop blaming, and start adapting. The C-me Accreditation equips you to use it confidently with individuals, leaders, and teams, turning insight into lasting behaviour change.

Before Accreditation vs. After Accreditation

2-Feb-24-2026-09-58-02-4930-AM

Before the C-me Accreditation, impact can be real but inconsistent.

• Reliance on one-off sessions or external delivery to keep momentum going

• Inconsistent use of the language across teams, leaders, and locations

• Hidden costs build up: repeated misunderstandings, slower collaboration, more friction

• More time and budget spent “restarting” the shift with each new cohort

VS
1-4

After the C-me Accreditation you build internal capability.

• Deliver C-me confidently and consistently across teams (not dependent on one person or one-off sessions)

• Reduce reliance on external facilitation and protect quality as you scale

• Increase ROI over time because the learning keeps working after the workshop ends

• Strengthen culture and performance: clearer communication, faster alignment, less friction, more trust

What You’ll be Able to do After Accreditation

Run 1:1 profile reveals that actually change behaviour

Untitled design (5)

Turn insight into practical next steps people can apply the same week the kind that improves relationships, performance, and confidence in real conversations.

Facilitate team sessions with structure and safety

Untitled design (6)

Confidently host workshops that reduce friction and build shared expectations, even when there’s tension in the room. You’ll know how to guide teams toward understanding without letting the session become overly personal or abstract.

Embed C‑me across your organisation

Untitled design (9)

Create consistency across leaders, functions, and teams, not one‑off interventions. This becomes part of “how we work here,” not a nice initiative that fades when priorities shift.

Who it’s For?

Built for the people responsible for capability and culture

The C-me Accreditation is designed for HR, L&D, OD, People Experience, Talent and Leadership roles who carry the responsibility of “making things better” often without the time, budget, or headspace for yet another complex framework. If you’re tired of programmes that feel inspiring but don’t stick, this is for you.

It’s for leaders who want a scalable way to improve communication, collaboration, and leadership maturity with a clear method, not a motivational moment. And it’s for anyone who wants to move from being the person who knows what’s wrong to the person who can confidently facilitate what needs to change.

Make C-me Stick Across Teams, not Just In One Workshop

This is about making your work scalable. You’ll learn how to embed C-me as a consistent thread across multiple teams, so it becomes part of “how we work here,” not another initiative that fades after a good session.

Apply the language across teams, functions and leadership layers

Create consistency so managers don’t each interpret it differently

Build adoption without training fatigue or over-engineering

Support culture change through practical, repeatable habits

Accreditation Outline

To help you picture the flow, Accreditation runs across two half-days and is designed to build confidence step-by-step, from understanding the language, to applying it with real people. We keep some elements intentionally live-only so you get the full value in the room, with coaching and real examples.

  • Two half-days (live virtual) with interactive learning throughout

  • Day 1: Foundations + shared language: Build confidence in the C-me colours and behavioural language)

  • Day 2: Application + delivery confidence: Learn how to lead others through their report and facilitate practical sessions.

  • Practice moments throughout designed to help you leave ready to deliver

FAQs

Do I need psychometric qualifications or prior experience to become a C‑me Accredited Activator?

No. The C‑me Accreditation is designed for HR, L&D and People professionals who may not have a psychometrics background but do facilitate conversations about people, communication and team dynamics. You’ll be guided through the model, the language, and the practical delivery approach so you can use C‑me confidently and responsibly. The focus is on applied facilitation: how to run behavioural profile reveals, how to host team sessions safely, and how to turn insight into behaviour change that shows up at work.

What ongoing support do I get after completing the C‑me Accreditation?

You’re not left on your own after the live training. Accredited Activators get continued access to resources that help you plan and deliver consistently, including the Activator Resources Hub (workshop decks, delivery guides, videos, sample assets) and support from the C‑me team. This matters because the biggest value doesn’t come from understanding the model once — it comes from embedding a shared behavioural language over time across leaders, teams and situations. Ongoing support helps you maintain quality, build confidence, and keep delivery aligned.

Is there an annual cost for Accreditation, and how do accreditation spaces work?

There is no annual fee. Accreditation spaces are a one off fee. This structure helps organisations build internal capability. If you’re planning to accredit multiple internal facilitators for a rollout, we can help you work out the best approach (who to train first, how many people to accredit, and how to sequence delivery for adoption).

Does my C‑me Accreditation expire?

No. Once you complete the C‑me Accreditation, you remain accredited. Your accreditation stays with you as an individual, and you continue to have access to resources and guidance that keep your facilitation strong as you deliver more sessions. This supports long‑term consistency and helps keep C‑me embedded in day‑to‑day ways of working.

Can we train more than one internal facilitator, and what’s the best way to roll out C‑me internally?

Yes - and training more than one Activator is often the difference between a great workshop and a lasting internal capability. A strong approach is to accredit a small cohort first (HR/L&D plus key champions), run an initial wave of delivery (profile reveals + a foundation team workshop), and then scale. We can advise on cohort size and sequencing so the language remains consistent across teams and doesn’t become dependent on one person.

What exactly happens during the two‑day live virtual Accreditation, and how interactive is it?

The Accreditation is live and practical, not just theory. You’ll learn the C‑me behavioural profiling model and language, but the real focus is how to facilitate it: how to introduce C‑me in a way that reduces scepticism, how to guide people toward understanding rather than labels, and how to create lightbulb moments that lead to action. Expect interactive learning with discussion, examples, and clear delivery flows for profile reveals and team workshops so you leave with a structure you can repeat confidently.

What will I be able to deliver immediately after Accreditation?

After Accreditation, you’ll be equipped to deliver 1:1 behavioural profile reveals and structured team sessions using C‑me’s shared behavioural language and supporting resources. You’ll know how to explain strengths, communication needs, and behaviour under pressure in a way that feels human and constructive, and you’ll have the Activator Resources Hub to run consistent sessions without creating materials from scratch.

How is C‑me different from “another profiling tool,” and why does that matter for internal adoption?

C‑me is designed to solve a practical organisational problem: teams without a shared behavioural language. Many organisations have leadership programmes and frameworks, but miscommunication persists because people don’t have a simple, everyday way to talk about behavioural differences. C‑me helps teams stop personalising difference, understand pressure patterns, and make practical adjustments to communication and collaboration. When facilitated well, the language becomes usable and sticky - which is why Accreditation focuses on delivery, not just insight.

How do we embed C‑me beyond a workshop so it creates lasting behaviour change?

Embedding is the difference between insight and impact. A strong approach often includes profile reveals for key leaders, a foundation session for teams, and follow‑up touchpoints that reinforce the language in real situations (meetings, feedback, decision‑making, conflict, onboarding). Accreditation helps you build a simple internal cadence so C‑me becomes part of day‑to‑day ways of working rather than a one‑off initiative.

How do we measure the impact of Accreditation and C‑me delivery in an organisation?

Impact can be measured in practical HR and L&D terms: improved feedback quality, reduced interpersonal friction, stronger team norms, higher psychological safety, better cross‑functional collaboration, and greater manager confidence in difficult conversations. You can gather structured feedback after profile reveals and team sessions, track reductions in repeated team issues, and connect outcomes to leadership and culture metrics. Accreditation equips you to deliver with clarity of purpose so the work links back to measurable organisational outcomes.
